Right — been on this thing for something like four months now and I keep coming back, so thought I'd write something up since a lad on another thread asked me last week. Am based in the UK, mostly do football and horses, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.
What got me on it was genuinely embarrassing — I never could figure out what an each way payout would be with 1/5 odds a place. I used to just eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. Now stick my stake in first, every time, even a simple single bet.
Their single bet calculator tool is the bit I open most — you put in your stake, the odds and you get the return instantly, either odds format. It also handles the multiples — trebles maths, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, which is where most people I know got it wrong. One thing that really shifted things for me is the more serious tools. They've got an probability converter and it makes obvious what margin's baked in, plus a kelly criterion calculator — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are terrifying. The dutch tool gets used a fair bit for when I'm splitting a race.
It's not perfect mind. The design looks pretty plain — zero flash, which honestly I don't mind but some will. Phone-wise it's fine although the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. And no proper app, it's browser only — slight shame but you asked.
So yeah. Doesn't cost anything, not plastered in adverts, works. Anyone who honestly works out returns on a calculator app, try it — it's saved me a fair few dumb bets I'd have regretted.
