I've run into a frustrating issue – I'm experiencing a noticeable vibration while driving at speed, and I've determined it's the driveshaft causing it. It's especially bad at certain speeds, like around 80-90 km/h. Based on some forum posts, it looks like an imbalance issue.
Now I'm trying to decide the best way to fix this:
Take the driveshaft off and have it balanced at a shop. It's a reliable method, though it's a bit of a hassle and expensive. I've also heard it can be balanced right on the car. They balance it on a lift with some tools without taking it off.
Has anyone done the balancing on their car ? I would appreciate hearing about your experiences and results. Thank you in advance!
